Benvenuto! Recipes for Bella's Bruschetta!

Pizza Bruschetta

Serves: 2-4
Total Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
1 Large Boboli ready to bake
pizza dough   
½ cup of Mozzarella Cheese
½ cup of Bella’s Bruschetta   
Pizza toppings of your choice

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.  
Place Boboli on large sheet pan.  
Spread Bella’s Bruschetta
evenly around the Boboli, leaving
about ¼ inch around the edge
uncovered.  Cover the
Bruschetta with the Mozzarella
Cheese. Spread the other pizza
toppings over the pizza and when
the oven is preheated, slide the
pizza onto the center rack and
bake for 8-10 minutes.  Remove
pizza from oven and wait about 5
minutes before cutting and enjoy!  
Great for parties and quick meals!

Shrimp Bruschetta

Serves: 4-6
Total Prep Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:
1lb of dry Linguine   
2 cups of Bella’s Bruschetta
1lb of Peeled and De-veined
pre- cooked Medium Shrimp
¼ cup of olive oil   
1cup of shredded Italian Cheese
6 cups of water   
1Tablespoon of salt

Directions:
In a large pot bring 6 cups of
water to a boil, adding salt prior
to boiling.  While the water is
coming to temperature, place
shrimp in a large sauté pan and
coat with olive oil.  Sauté the
shrimp over medium heat for 3-5
minutes, and then add Bella’s
Bruschetta to the pan.  Cook an
additional 2-4 minutes, reduce
heat and simmer for 10 minutes,
stirring occasionally.  Add pasta
to the boiling water and cook for
approximately 8 minutes or until
tender.  Be sure to stir the pasta
occasionally as it cooks.  Drain
the pasta, place on a dish, and
top with Shrimp Bruschetta.  
Sprinkle with cheese and serve.

Chicken Bruschetta

Serves: 3-4
Total Prep Time: 55 minutes

Ingredients:
3 Boneless/Skinless Chicken
Breasts   
1-12 oz jar of Bella’s Bruschetta
6 slices of Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  
While waiting for oven to
preheat, using meat tenderizing
mallet pound the chicken breast
evenly to a ¼ inch thin.  Lay the
breast flat shiny side down in a
shallow baking pan.  Spread 2
tablespoons of Bella’s
Bruschetta on each chicken
breast, and then top with the
mozzarella.  Roll each breast
tightly keeping the cheese and
Bruschetta inside.  Keep each
breast 1 inch apart on the pan
and cover each breast with 1
tablespoon of Bella’s
Bruschetta.  Bake uncovered in
the oven for 40 minutes.  When
chicken is done, slice it and cover
with the remaining Bruschetta.
